Colonel Jeff L. Keener
The Law Division is made up of many
departments. This Division is under the supervision of Colonel Jeff Keener
chief of the Law Enforcement Division.
This division is responsible for the Road Patrol, Neighborhood Watch,
Detectives, Juveniles, Special Deputies, and other Community Programs.
Mission
Statement;
Protecting the
citizens of Ross County, by responding, to calls for
service and treating all individuals with respect and professionalism and
providing a safe environment in the community and treating all persons
with respect and professionalism.

I promised to restructure
the focus and the work force of your Sheriff’s Office. Towards
this new beginning I am starting with new Division Mottos and
new Mission Statements. I believe with this new clarity and
purpose, the Road Division will be working to meet your
expectations.
