webberLt. Dave Weber heads the Juvenile Division. The Juvenile Division was started as a need to help the juveniles in Ross County.
Lt. Weber teaches Active Parenting Classes. The classes are School and Juvenile Court appointed. If seating is available any parent can sign up for the class.
