Ross County Sheriff's Office Polygraph Testing Pictured above is Captain Tony Wheaton testing the polygraph machine The Ross County Sheriffs Office is now conducting polygraph testing. Captain Wheaton received training in April 2002 and will be performing the tests. Wheaton has a 100% truth turn out. In all cases, Wheaton was able to receive a confession during or after the polygraph testing. If he was not he was able to tell they were not being truthful. Wheaton has been helping other law enforcement agencies by performing the polygraph testing for them.
