The Ross County Chapter of M.A.D.D.Sheriff, Ronald L. Nichols partners with MADD. The two partnering together will make sure the life saving laws are enforced at the local levels.
November 2002 Raymond Pryor started the local Chapter of M.A.D.D. to develop and maintain public awareness programs at the chapter, state, and national level, involving the community as a whole in supporting MADD's mission with particular attention focused on helping our youth of Ross County.
