Tuesday, April 13th 2004 The Ross County Sheriff's Office started the process procedure of applicants wanting to be licensed for the NEW Concealed Carry Weapons.
Every 30 minutes an applicant arrived-each one with all files and pictures needed in hand. This was a great help to the Ross County Sheriff's Office in making the process procedure run smoothly.
Cpl. Penny Pierce, pictured to the left
fingerprints one of the applicants.
The applicant will arrive for their appointment and Deputy Sheila Weathersbee will look over all the information they
have to make sure everything is complete. Then Cpl. Pierce will fingerprint and photograph them.
That is all the applicant has to do untill the application process is complete.
Cpl. Pierce will run background checks on the applicants after their appointment.
To set up an appointment please contact the Ross County Sheriff's Office at 773-1186 and ask for Deputy Sheila
Weathersbee or Cpl. Pierce if you a have a question, they will be more than glad to help you.
