B.C.I. Trip For SALT Council

On May 16, some of the Ross County S.A.L.T. Council members loaded up in 2 buses provided by The Chillicothe Transit to take them to London, Ohio. The council members toured B.C.I. (Bureau of Criminal Investigations) and also the Peace Officers' Training Academy in London, Ohio.
